This program is designed to empower African women entrepreneurs to thrive in the digital economy by providing the tools, training, and support needed for sustainable business growth and formalization.

About the Program

The WiDB program combines foundational training, optional learning paths, and advanced formalization support to equip participants with the skills and resources needed to thrive in today’s digital-first world. We aim to train over 50,000 women entrepreneurs in Africa with a focus on non-tech MSMEs.

1. Foundations Program on Digital Skills

Participants will develop foundational skills essential for digital entrepreneurship, including:

The globally recognized SIYB Program by the ILO complements the WiDB initiative, offering three modules:
